I do believe that today’s society has been conditioned to look a certain way. Today it’s all about looking thin, and that’s why disorders like anorexia, bulimia and binge-eating have occured. The celebrities in the magazines make regular women feel bad, but they need to know that what the tabloids think is how a women should look, isn’t realistic at all. I always knew this, but after seeing that website that miss.Shen showed us it does make me feel better… especially with some of my friends who count calories. I think that the best way to educate people, is to show them how the models in the magazines are airbrushed, and digitally enhanced. To show people that it’s all just smoke and mirrors.
